Temple & Grace recently expanded to Singapore and I had the honour and privilege to be one of the first few customers.

I'll sum it up really quickly, before going into details. In short: they are the real deal and I couldn't be any happier with my purchase. If you're looking at this review, GIVE THEM A SHOT.

What I liked about them:

My partner and I bought my engagement ring at Temple and Grace from Carol. Carol was amazing, very patient and provided great advice and guidance. The range of rings they have available is fantastic. We were able to design our own design based on some of their rings. We are Really happy with the end result and I've received so many compliments about the quality of the design. Carol was a pleasure to deal with and went out if her way to help us. We also felt the price point for the quality was very good as well. I'd highly recommend Temple and Grace for your special jewellery.

We have designed multiple rings with Temple & Grace; wedding bands and also designer pieces. They have all been amazing and incredible quality. Eli has gone above and beyond to ensure that I have walked away with a wedding band of my dreams. I had a particularly difficult situation in that I broke my finger, but the problem solving and execution of a hinged ring solution was perfection.

Eli was excellent at helping me choose a wedding band. I don't typically wear rings and he was very patient with all the back and forth as I made up my mind!

Our visit to the Sydney showroom of Temple & Grace proved to be very helpful with a knowledgeable and not pushy sales assistant that answered all of our questions. The pre-order and online ordering experience of a custom wedding ring was smooth with Temple & Grace allowing all the customisations I requested to be made and there was great email communication throughout. As a heads up, if you want the 'making of' video of your jewellery, you should request it in the additional comments field at the time of ordering. While there was some miscommunication with my order, this was resolved by customer service, so I overall had a good experience with Temple & Grace.

I honestly cannot express how delighted I am with the custom designed engagement ring Temple and Grace have produced for me. The experience of getting our wedding rings has been amazing from the start! Myself and my partner travelled to Sydney and accidentally arrived a week earlier for our ring fitting appointment however they still welcomed us in. I fell in love with my wedding ring instantly. The assistance we received to both find rings that we both love and within our budget was amazing! They have arrived today (within 2 business days!!) packaged up nicely. Could not recommend Temple and Grace anymore. My partner and I booked a 45min appointment to look at wedding bands and came out deciding on weddings bands for us both and an eternity ring. Well I cannot speak highly enough about this company! Having never bought jewellery on line my boyfriend and I were understandably apprehensive. But the whole process was handled very smoothly. Accommodating and very professional are just two words that come to mind. My experience with Temple and Grace was less than poor. I booked an appointment to visit a store in Brisbane, the day before our appointment I got a text saying they weren't going to be open for months. Was then told to use the website and utilise the "try from home" option. The option wasn't available for the rings we wanted. I was corresponding with Carol who asked for pictures of my fiancées engagement ring. Sent those. Then nothing. I even sent follow up texts and still nothing. So if you're in Brisbane... Go somewhere else. Nice rings. Customer service not so much.

After I had left my initial review, I received a missed call & voicemail from Carol apologising about her lack of response and requested I return her call to discuss further. Before I was able to Carol's call, I received a call from Twisha regarding my review, our experience and offered further assistance to remedy the issue.

Twisha organised to have 2 rings sent express post to try from home. We tried the rings and discussed our options moving forward. I emphasised to Twisha that due to the earlier correspondence issue, we were now on a tight schedule to receive the ring on time. We needed the ring no later than the 18th of May.

We placed our ring order on April 21st and on Friday the 6th of May we received the wedding band. All the specs of the ring are correct and the delivery exceeded expectations.

Although the beginning of our experience with Temple and Grace wasn't on par with other customers, I cannot fault their ownership, acknowledgement and efforts to rectify the situation. I commend their willingness to resolve the issue.

We've received a wonderful ring and well ahead of schedule. Thank you Twisha for your assistance with our order and delivering excellent customer service.

Twisha was amazing. We purchased my wedding ring from Temple & Grace and the service was spectacular. Twisha looked after us so well; she went above and beyond to make sure I had the perfect ring created. I got a custom ring made from meteorite which takes a few weeks to be made. During that time I hammered the gym and actually lost so much weight that when the ring arrived my cubby fingers didn't fit the ring. We freaked out naturally but cool calm Twisha simply organised another one to be made right away (as the meteorite rings can't be resized), and my new ring turned up in time for our wedding. I had ordered the incorrect colour ring and didn't realise until I checked the order weeks later the ring had already been made but Twisha went above and beyond even offering to send the first ring if needed before it was remade.
