Ordered a ring early last year via their website and was followed up by Janice - who no longer works there as of now - after she noted that the ring size I selected was out-of-norm (because I measured wrongly). She gave useful advise in getting a correct measurement, and after the ring was made, it was still a bit big (because I was unable to measure accurately since the ring was a surprise gift). She skilfully managed to downsize it below the usual max threshold without affecting the quality and build of the ring. She also helpfully loaned me a display set ring for my event while the ring was still being made.

There was a minor miscommunication regarding my ring ETA but I understand that shipment delays do happen. Other that that, they have been very responsive and accomodative. One more shocking ring is their Elysium collection. It was so special that it is made with crushed diamonds, and was known as a scratched proof ring! Wow
